UK Next day delivery is available for all orders placed before 12.00am subject to stock levels and cleared payment; although the vast majority of next day deliveries will arrive the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12.00am will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service.

Our UK regular carrier delivery service is provided by Parcelforce but we may use other carrier company depending on where you live in the UK, to enable us to get you the best price and fastest service. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will also be informed of the delivery company, then you will receive your order by the end of the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. Please aware that our courier service is based on a next day service only, but in some areas in the UK it may take up 2 days depending on your location. A signature will be required.
Predict and Follow My Parcel service.
When we use Parcelforce to send your parcels, we will provide all recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don't have to wait in all day.
Our 1st class recorded UK delivery service is with the Royal Mail 24 Hour service and once dispatched it will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. A signature is required. All overseas orders up to 1kg will go out via Royal Standard Service Not traceable please allow 3-5 days. A signature will not be required.
Claims for any damaged parts cannot be made if you have signed for the delivery "Received in Good Condition".
Before signing for a delivery :
a. Please check the number of parcels delivered against the quantity shown on the carrier consignment note.
b. Inspect carefully all outer packaging. If damage has occurred during transit, mark the delivery note "Parcel Damaged".
c. Check all contents/parts if possible. If you are unable to do this, mark the delivery note "Contents Unchecked".
Returns Policy ** Please Read **
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS - from our Online shop
(not including manufacturer warrantable items. Please contact our Sales dept. if you believe your item has failed within warrantable circumstances)
You have the right to cancel your order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items.
If you wish to cancel under the UK Consumer Protections (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you must inform PLminis of your intention to cancel your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.
You will then receive confirmation from P&L Minis and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back in a re-saleable condition.
Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a
request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to PL Minis from your nominated courier.
If you are unable to arrange a return, please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.
If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.
Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to PL Minis for refund following receipt of goods by customer.
We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
PL Minis are not responsible for any shipping or insurance charges relating to return of goods.
Please be aware that PL Minis may NOT be able to accept for full or partial refund/credit any items that have been prior installed by the customer before return.
Such goods/components shall be deemed 'used' and therefore unable for subsequent resale.
Specifically, but not exclusively, the return of prior installed electronic items used for purchaser diagnostic or trouble-shooting purposes shall not be considered for full refund.
The decision to refund or partially refund prior installed items shall remain solely at the discretion of PL MINIS
The decision to refund or partially refund goods returned beyond 14 days after original date of sale shall remain solely at the discretion of PL Minis.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above. Consumers other than Business trade customers are further protected by UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
All DUTY TO BE PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY
The estimated delivery cost given to you in the checkout process does not take into account the volumetric limitations of the despatch methods available. Also some combination of parts ( i.e. heavy with fragile) may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit. Because of this P&L Minis reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed.
